Orgalorg was defeated and banished by Grob Gob Glob Grod to Earth thousands of years ago for trying to absorb the power of a catalyst comet and rule the solar system. Presumably after the creation of time, he somehow made his way into the earth dimension. A group of these monsters was shown, the smallest of which was Orgalorg. In the episode Gold Stars, The Lich revealed the existence of 'Monsters' that existed before time.
